In an ideal world, all IT Service Management (ITSM) processes would be configured in a single tool and automated as much as possible, but most importantly interface with all other ITSM processes.
Our expertise is in ServiceNow as it allows this level of integration, and we have extensive experience with major ITSM tools such as Ivanti, Remedy and Footprints.


Target Operating Models

Every service should form part of a greater whole, integrating with other processes and services to ensure efficiency, efficacy and governance. Target Operating Models (TOM) can span a single organisation or extend to include 3rd parties.
Every company is unique, and complexity varies, so to create the right TOM requires a thorough understanding of the organisation, what is important to them, what documentation currently exists, industry best practice, internal and external governance requirements, and the approval process for the To-Be. We firmly believe that creating a TOM isn't merely a process maturity assessment.


Service Architecture

A well-designed service meets not only the technological requirements, but those of the multitude of stakeholders throughout the service lifecycle. It is first and foremost well defined, measurable and properly communicated. It is adequately resourced, tested and has undergone suitable transition.
